Port, carrier and third-party charges can change. We therefore issue a current written quotation for each operation instead of presenting website figures as binding prices.

Customer informationThe quotation is based on the cargo description, HS code, weight, dimensions, packaging and route supplied by the customer.
Rate validityRates are valid for the period stated in the offer. Later third-party tariff or surcharge changes may be added.
Estimated timingTransit, vessel and operational times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing by the relevant carrier.
Inspections and waitingCustoms inspections, port congestion, border waiting and related costs are outside the standard quotation unless stated otherwise.
Suitable packagingCargo must be packed for international and multimodal transport, including possible transfer and inspection.
Final confirmationEquipment, space and booking remain subject to final written confirmation.
